During the 2-hour workshop, Michael Baxter covered the fundamentals of copywriting (formulating a strategy, writing to an audience, writing to a visual and big picture thinking), as well as how to be creative on demand.
Then, after lunch, Michael discussed tips on writing for specific media, including direct response media, broadcast and digital content writing. He went over using emotional triggers to elicit a reader’s response, as well as tips for writing to various digital platforms like Google Ads.
